Open North is excited to announce the results of our search for its new Executive Director. After a rigorous competitive recruitment process, the Staff and Board hiring committee’s unanimous recommendation was to create a consolidated Interim Leadership Transition Team:
- Interim Executive Director, Merlin Chatwin
- Interim Deputy Executive Director, Maria Tomovic
- Director of Operations, Lana Petraznyk
- Director of Partnerships, TBD
As of May 31, Merlin is being promoted from his position of Director of Research and Impact, Maria is stepping up from her role as Manager of the Advisory Services, and Lana maintains her stalwart leadership as head of finance and human resources. A new position of Director of Partnerships has been created to complete the consolidated leadership team.
